Every missed appointment costs your practice $200–$300.
Valeria gets patients in the chair.

Valeria is an AI receptionist that lives in your dental clinic's WhatsApp. She books and confirms appointments, fills canceled slots and answers patients instantly, 24/7, in English or Spanish.

The problem

No-shows and slow replies empty your schedule

An empty chair still costs you the hygienist, the operatory and the overhead. And many of your patients would rather text than call, often in Spanish.

$200–$300

lost per missed visit

Roughly what a missed appointment costs a dental practice in lost production. Five a week adds up fast.

2

languages, one inbox

Patients who don't feel understood on the phone put off their visit. Valeria answers in the language they write in.

Minutes

to lose a new patient

Someone who texts and doesn't hear back quickly books with the next clinic on the list.

What Valeria does

A front desk that never sleeps, in two languages

Valeria works on top of WhatsApp and the Google Calendar you already use. Your workflow stays the same.

1

Confirms every appointment

The day before, each patient gets a reminder and confirms with one tap. Reschedules and cancellations are handled right in the chat.

2

Fills canceled slots

A patient cancels at 9 p.m.? Valeria offers that slot to your waitlist the same night, so the chair doesn't sit empty.

3

Answers 24/7

Prices, hours, location, payment options and new bookings, instantly, on a Sunday or at midnight. Anything she can't handle goes straight to your team.

4

Speaks your patients' language

Patients text in English or Spanish and Valeria replies in kind, reminders included. Your staff gets the schedule, alerts and reports in the language they choose.

Valeria never gives clinical advice or recommends treatment: any clinical question goes to your team. She only answers with information you approve.

30-day pilot for our first 3 clinics

Free installation (normally $750 setup). We compare your no-shows the month before Valeria with the month with her, side by side.

If your no-shows don't drop, you pay nothing and we switch her off.

If they do, the full plan is $349/month for one location, up to 3 providers ($49/month for each additional provider). As a founding clinic you lock in $249/month for the same scope, frozen for 12 months. Prices plus applicable tax. Two or three recovered appointments a month pay for Valeria.

FAQ

What clinics ask us

Many of our patients only speak Spanish. Does that work?

That's exactly who Valeria is built for. Each patient gets answers, reminders and waitlist offers in the language they write in, English or Spanish, and your staff sees everything in the language they prefer.

Do we have to change our scheduling system?

No. Valeria books, moves and cancels appointments directly in your Google Calendar, so your team keeps seeing the schedule where it already lives. We start with reminders and confirmations, which is where the lost revenue is.

What if a patient asks something Valeria can't answer?

She hands the conversation to your team on WhatsApp and lets the patient know a person will follow up. She doesn't make up prices and never gives clinical advice: she only uses the price list, hours and details you approve. During the first weeks your team can review her replies closely.

Our front desk already sends reminders.

Valeria doesn't replace them. She takes the routine texting off their plate so they can focus on the patients in the office. And when someone cancels after hours, she fills the slot that night, something no one at the front desk can do while asleep.

What about patient data, HIPAA and consent?

Valeria's messages stick to scheduling details: name, phone number, the service, and the date and time of the visit. Appointment reminders on WhatsApp go only to patients who have opted in, and any patient can ask to stop receiving automated messages at any time. We don't sell patient data or use it for advertising. If your practice has specific HIPAA requirements, talk to us before you start and we'll walk you through how the service handles data. See our privacy notice.

Who we are

Real people behind it, not a faceless app

Valeria is built and run by Eric Zepeda, a software engineer with 15 years of experience building systems that run every day, based in Mesa, Arizona, together with local partners in Mexico. We're one WhatsApp message away when you need us, because a dental office can't wait on a support ticket.
